Sharjah Women's Sport and Al Nasr opened the H.H. the President's Cup for women with wins — Sharjah Women's Sport beating Al Wusta 67-37, and Al Nasr beating Al Sharqiya 77-22.
The cup is the second competition of the women's basketball season, after the general league that closed last month and was won by Al Nasr.
