How this website handles your information.
This website collects only what you send us. When you use the contact form we store your name, email, phone number and message so the federation can reply, together with the IP address the message came from as a spam-prevention measure.
We do not sell or share this information. Messages are kept for as long as they are useful to the federation and can be deleted on request by writing to the address on the contact page.
The site sets one cookie, and only for administrators who sign in to the portal. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. If website analytics are enabled they run only after you accept them.
